Did some quick searching on this yesterday. Average ChatGPT prompt was 4.2 gCOeq I believe vs 0.8 gCO2eq for an average web page visit. Even ChatGPT uses different models so take it with a grain of salt. Just make sure your prompts are good enough to save you five web page visits ;)
