Not 100% sure how it all works, I guess it wouldn’t be a huge investment but maybe they’d have to pay admin a bit extra for it or hire an additional Bluesky admin as all the socials are monitored quite a bit

I think they’re just being a bit cautious, i.e all the hype around instagram threads, where they probably don’t want to commit yet to something that will probably involve additional funds. I do see them joining at some point though, they probably just need to make sure this platform will last first

I imagine they’ll wait and see if Bluesky ends up being a sustainable platform first
