My first attempt at smoked brisket. Took about 8hr from the time I put it on the smoker to when it finished resting. But it came out very tender and juicy. And I learned some lessons to make it even better next time.
Espressos have become my new morning joy. Today's drink is a White Chocolate Mocha w/ Shortbread, and Salted Caramel. Topped w/ Caramel Sauce and Whip Cream. ☕️

Interesting set of goals. I personally like learning how to sharpen blades and cutlery. I got chef knives that need sharpening, and I wish I had the time to learn how to use a whetstone.
