I am not the biggest RDZ fan, didn't really like him at Brighton and some of his comments about Greenwood are questionable. But I will fully support the him to get us out of this mess, think we have a better chance now then we did with Frank or Tudor.

Well I think Tudor leaving is the best decision for both parties.

Basically play a 4-2-3-1 formation with attacking full backs, energy in midfield & creative attacking players looking to find space & link up with others around them

Play Gray & Sarr in the middle of midfield, with responsibility to cover behind the full backs when they go forward. Also give them licence to get on the ball & create passing options to receive from the CB's & FB's

It may sound mad, but I would try tell at 10 behind Solanke.
He wants to get involved with everything and try to make things happen. Also at 10 he would have others behind to cover defensively

Tell - positive but should not be played as wing back
