I use white noise - the MyNoise app is my go too cos you can adjust all the sounds to exactly what you want and set a timer for how long it plays.
Rain on a tent is good, but The Pilgrim is my fave.

I also have a sleepy time lavender spray I use to make my bed smell nice :)
