I’ve thought about making a series of short profiles of politicians x the aisle who’ve been humble and flexible enough to change their minds (or even admit what issues they don’t know enough about to have an opinion on) - part of social norm changing is probably a PR mission!

@aoc.bsky.social re flaws & authenticity, I’m sad we have a strong social norm against candidates changing their mind on issues over time. (it’s most annoying “gotcha” moment in debates- feels like we should encourage, not punish, ppl who update their beliefs over time). Wdyt can change this?
