They need to use another name for "DLSS 5" it is not the same technology as DLSS, it's not a new version of DLSS. DLSS is a good idea and it would be a tragedy to lose it and only have an AI slop generator in its place.

The fuss is about the so called dlss 5 that is a departure from this initial goal and is just inventing a new image altogether. For instance here it changes her face and makes her someone else with more make up. This is not the initial goal of dlss, this is AI slop using DLSS as a trojan horse 2/2

That is exactly the point you can't tell the difference between those three panels because one is native renderieng and the other two are dlss 4 and dlss 4.5. The two on the right here are using less GPU power but make a similar image. The fuss is about 1/2

The new DLSS5 is ground breaking! It's as if the artistic intent was entirely discarded. It's not a technological achievement, it's a cultural tragedy. F*ck this. It's sad because it's destroying the DLSS brand which was a nice technology.

It feels really weird to change a tool after such a long time using it (something like 13 years at this point with the old tablet) But everyone seem to agree that bigger tablets are better, I might have to try to make it work.

I got a drawing tablet second hand for 20€!
But I was used to my 14 years old wacom. The new one is double the active surface, it feels kind of weird. I don't like having to make giant movements to reach all places on my screen. I may need to get used to it. What do you think? #digitalart #artists

Do you think we could have signal on f-droid one day? I have a hard time trusting that the APK you provide is reliable since it seems like you are reluctant for other people to distribute built APK of the app.
