Accountability brings consequences.

And consequences are the only language corruption understands.

Money and political power do not outrank the Constitution.

They just need a wake up call and it’s coming at the midterms.👇

Bruce Springsteen is some good, strong, sorely needed, goddamn medicine for Minnesota.

This is a concert that is, and my words won’t do it justice, amazing. Sharp, specific, resolute, angry, and inspired.

Some rock shows are all about just having a good time. Something larger is in play here.

Daily Mail front page attacking Keir Starmer for Donald Trump’s disgusting behaviour…

This is an extraordinary front page for a British newspaper to run. Donald Trump’s delinquency, derangement & imperilling of international security is somehow a stick with which to beat our own Prime Minister, who has negotiated the current horror show rather well. It is actually sickening.

Say hello to the UK’s most successful growth industry: organised waste crime | George Monbiot Thanks to a sustained ideological assault on regulation, our country has been turned into a literal dump, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

Another triumph for deregulation! By saving a few million in monitoring and enforcement, our governments have landed us with a vast illegal waste dumping problem, new organised crime networks and a clean-up bill that could run to tens of billions.
My column.

How the BBC and Daily Mail Spread Reform's ‘Family Voting’ Lies The real scandal of the Gorton and Denton by-election was the willingness of media organisations to collude in Nigel Farage's attempt to undermine the result of a free and fair election

"It's not fair of environmentalists to point out that in addition to being finite resources that are actively destroying the planet, fossil fuels also leave us at the mercy of fragile supply and logistics chains significantly controlled by autocrats in geopolitically chaotic parts of the world."

The Prime Minister’s shocking and shameful plan for immigration and why we must all oppose it
The Prime Minister’s shocking and shameful plan for immigration and why we must all oppose it YouTube video by Peter Stefanovic

THE PRIME MINISTERS SHAMEFUL IMMIGRATION PLAN WILL CHANGE THE RULES FOR MIGRANT CARE WORKERS

It will keep them in a temporary status for a decade or more, make them more easily exploitable, poorer and marginalised.

WHEN DID THAT BECOME THE POLICY OF A LABOUR GOVERNMENT?

So it turns out Reform are laundering their donations through crypto, before converting them into cash, hiding the original source of the money.

So who is really funding Nigel Farage and Reform UK?

Trump has broken it. Now he owns it Continued closure of the Strait of Hormuz threatens the movement of gas and fertilisers as well as oil

“If you break it, you own it”

“In the short run it is up to the US to fix the problem it created. It must find a way to end this entirely predictable (and predicted) threat from Iran. It cannot be up to others to save it from its failure to think things through“

Reform’s patriots don’t want to pay for their country The party's deputy leader imagines a Britain in which everyone expects to benefit from the system, but no one feels much obligation to sustain it.

“As Tice surely knows, the law sets the floor of our obligations, not the ceiling. A society cannot function on the basis that everyone does the bare minimum they can get away with”

Very good on the mean but intensely - selfishly - greedy politics of Reform.

Farage endorses neo-Nazi event in paid-for videos
By Kat Brown

Extracts:

Nigel Farage has sold personalised videos in which he has endorsed a neo-Nazi event, repeated extremist slogans and supported a man convicted over his involvement in a far-right riot.
The Guardian has analysed more than 4,000 of the Reform UK leader's Cameo videos, for which he commands between £78 and £155 each, and found several clips that it described as "highly questionable" Among numerous clips sending birthday wishes, Farage (inset) has made videos for people who support the National Front and publicly express offensive views, has referenced antisemitic conspiracy theories and made misogynistic remarks about left wing politicians.

Since joining the platform five years ago, farage has charged at least £374,893, making several videos a day, according to the newspaper.

In one video, Farage ridiculed someone "simper-ing for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's big naturals" - a reference to the US congresswoman's breasts.
In several videos Farage used a variation of the slogan if in doubt, kick them out". Dr Ashton Kingdon, a lecturer in criminology at the University of Southampton, said the phrase was a "well-established far-right slogan"
Farage charged €155 for a video made in 2025 for a man jailed over his involvement in a far-right riot. He told him to "keep acting in the right way" He also said "up the Rhodesia" in one clip, appearing to reference a white-minority southern African state, now Zimbabwe, idealised by white nationalists.

A spokesman for Farage told The Guardian: "Mr Farage has recorded many thousands of videos for genuine supporters to celebrate wed-dings, congratulate friends or send novelty messages. At that scale, the occasional mistake can occur."

They said the videos "should not be treated as political statements or campaign activity" and added: "He has long been clear in his opposition to extremism and political violence."

In response to revelations about Farage’s racist, Nazi-sympathising, misogynistic, greedy little video side gig, Farage’s spokesman said - if you’re grifting your arse off as furiously as Farage is-
“occasional mistakes can occur”

Yes. Easily done. If you’re a racist, Nazi-sympathising misogynist.

GB News Scandal: The dossier Twenty journalists analysed 15 hours of television – none of which complied with Ofcom’s regulations. These are their findings

This is excellent.

Absolutely scandalous that GB News essentially has a licence to spread misinformation like this without OFCOM stepping in.
