The recent Arriva bus strikes put additional pressure on local bus users in Mid and South Cheshire so it is positive to see that an agreement has been reached.

👮 Recent figures show that 259 police officers have been recruited in Cheshire as part of the Conservative Government’s pledge to put 20,000 more officers on the streets by March 2023.

This means more officers on patrol, bearing down on anti-social behaviour and violent crime.

🚗 I am glad to see that Coole Lane has been reinstated as a gritting route after months of campaigning by residents and Councillor Rachel Bailey.
