“Law”.

The first action any Dem president needs to take is reforming and packing the courts so thoroughly they never try this again for centuries. The conservative legal movement is making a mockery of the constitution and the law.

Georgia O‘Keeffe produced more than 20 scenes of New York City between 1925-30.

Here, the power and presence of the modern era are epitomized in the city’s thrusting architecture.

During the first half of the 1900s, skyscrapers came to exemplify U.S. ingenuity. O’Keeffe reduced these immense buildings to simple geometric forms that converge in the upper reaches of the dark canvas, towering even above the moon.

She places the viewer between these architectural giants. We might feel small in their midst, forced to crane our necks skyward to take it all in, or we might marvel at the staggering feats of engineering that soar above our heads. The brightly glowing moon offers a round contrast to the super-straight lines of the city.

Yes, what about Elissa Slotkin, who voted for Noem? Hopefully *all* the Democrats have learned to say No.

Mamdani: "What are we fighting for?. When you look back at the history books of our party, 100 years ago we had a very clear vision of what we were fighting for. It's sad that for too many Americans, when they want to look for ambition in the Democratic Party, then have to turn to a history book."

It would also use Congress’ power under Article 3 to limit SCOTUS’ appellate jurisdiction and move much of that to a randomly selected panel of Senior Circuit court judges. In combination, that would effectively eliminate SCOTUS’ ability to act as a political, rather than judicial entity.

Yes! The purpose of packing the court is to neutralize the Roberts Six and realign the rogue court with the public. And electeds should say this explicitly and repeatedly.

it didn’t jack up the gas tax, for instance, only subsidized EVs. Now Trump, through his signature combination of deliberate malice and murderously stupid incompetence, has created a de facto climate policy of “no carrot, only stick.”

From the article:

It’s quite the ironic development. Many prior attempts from centrist and liberal governments around the world to reduce carbon emissions by increasing the price of fossil fuels,

Join Citizens Impeachment to demand our elected officials do their job, buff.ly/LcyG1y6
So, let me get this straight, @raskin.house.gov — instead of doing the job you're already empowered to do, you’re introducing a bill to pass the buck to someone else to remove the president?

Schumer & Jeffries are probably locked in until after the midterms.

After the midterms, (assuming a blue wave 🤞), the most likely media narrative is:

"S & J strategies worked! Dems landslide!"

The *only* way to have a chance to replace them is to support Dem primary challengers.
