I'm okay. We haven't been close for years, and rn I'm just worried about them, but there's nothing I can really do to help. The solution (imo) was always to disengage with audience interactions. It's only ever made things worse. I just hope this doesn't lead to anything dangerous for them
I just hope people recognize that dogpiling them can only make things worse and I HOPE they can take a step back and stop engaging with their audience. It's always been an unhealthy relationship. If you're mad at them, that's fine, but beating a dead horse atp is helping no one.
Even though we haven't spoken in years, I'm grateful for the friendship and kindness they extended to me back then. Without them, I would have never met two of my very best friends, and college would have been much more lonely.
Honestly though, it's heartbreaking to see them this way. Their recent posts seem so disjointed and nonsensical to me. I hope whatever is going on with them improves somehow. I think they're clearly deeply unwell. Not that that undoes any harm, but I can't help feeling empathetic.

Even those there is very little traction with these claims, I just want to be as upfront as possible and put this to bed immediately. These are serious accusations that disgust me and I do not take lightly.
Here's my doc explaining the screenshots to the best of my knowledge. I am not a predator, full stop. The TLDR of it all is I made a bunch of inappropriate jokes with a minor (14-15) present when I was 18. These posts are misleading at best at outright lies at worst.

Unfortunately i grew up with my dad have a very sexual and inappropriate sense of humor, plus I got into shane dawson 🤢 in high school so that sort of humor and behavior was normalized for me at the time. All we can do is learn and grow though

Our age gap was that big of a deal. They actually reached out to me a few years ago for something unrelated, so I don't think they harbor any ill will, but I did reach out an apologize to them over this just in case bc I don't like the idea that I harmed them in anyway by being naive

Given their age and the fact I didn't have beef with them. I wasn't aware of any harassment either, but to be honest my memory of the situation is hazy at best. I think I thought TD was just a vent song and didn't think anyone would even know it was about them since it was so vague.
I personally didn't have any involvement with the drama with that person. I always was friendly with them and didn't really know what was even going on, if I was involved I prob would have covered the distortionist but I was never comfortable with it

Treating them like any other friend, but it was never with any nefarious intent, and I certainly did not prey on them. Was it inappropriate? Yes. I was 18 at the time (my birthday is nov, 27, 1997 if you want to check) and I didn't consider myself much more mature than them (3 ish years apart)
At the time, this person was invited into a group I had already been in, by GHOST, and I had no authority to kick them out, so I was friendly with them. We covered The Abnormality together (body horror song, not explicit) for fun. I probably made inappropriate jokes to/with them bc I was-
The second ss sounds like they were venting about being chubby and I was joking i would take their chubbiness and give it to myself since i was nearly underweight at the time. I also had a running joke where i called anything and everything my kink at the time.
