I rescued a large slow moving bumble bee queen from our warehouse, thinking "this old warehouse would be a grave disservice to where you need to end up! your home is outside!". So after a few minutes of gentle herding I was able to scoop her up in a paper towel and carry her outside to fly off free.

My favorite Cure album and taken in tandem with Siouxsie and the Banshees' Hyena, both with Robert Smith and recorded practically at the same time, is a perfect one-two punch. Bonus points for the inclusion of The Creatures' Bestiary and The Glove's Blue Sunshine. What a run of creation they had!

Orange cake made with a whole orange, peel included! It was a first try on this recipe, translated into vegan (just the egg part). Counting it as a success but I'll still do some recipe tweaking for the next run at it.
