cooked some "hóngshāo dòufu" (红烧豆腐) (tofu, chinese recipe)
it was so fucking good. the smoked tofu was dried beforehand, then covered in egg yolk, cornstarch, then cooked in oil, garlic, chives, sweet soja sauce and chili paste. the tofu absorbed all the sauce... yummies...
