Well, the benefit of Twitter becoming a madhouse is that it was helping me break my habit of being on my phone when I didn't want/need to be. Don't know how that'll go with a sane, respectful digital public square again at my fingertips, but I'm willing to make a go of it.

On the critical issue: food! 😉 my family has always called the salad you described ambrosia; only difference is we use whipped cream/cool whip, not sour cream. When asked for his favorite Thanksgiving foods, my youngest declared with gusto, "biscuits and the food of the gods!"
