In 2019, prior to Russia invading Ukraine,
Trump withheld 391 million in security assistance earmarked for Ukraine by Congress. Trump wanted to weaken Ukraine prior to Russia’s invasion. Trump knew of Putin’s plans. Trump has been trying to hand Ukraine to Russia for years.
