British troops look back 210 years to the Battle of Waterloo which brought about the end of Napoleon’s campaign.
The anniversary was led by 1 LANCS Kingmen of Weeton Barracks, who laid the wreath during their battlefield tour in Belgium.

This weekend marks 25 years since the gay ban was lifted. This evening (Friday) the winning design for the UK’s first dedicated memorial to the armed service of LGBT people was announced in London.
It’s called The Opened Letter and will be built at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
We’ve been shooting a mini-doc for the past week, and it’s been a really eye-opening endeavour.
It’s all about the experiences of veterans who were criminalised for being gay in the UK armed forces. Some of the experiences we’ve been hearing have been nothing short of horrific.
HMS Prince of Wales is alongside in Liverpool and has moved to a state of “very high readiness.”
