For my big black boys, (if you can) stay on top of your labs and bloodwork. We’re more at risk for high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. And often times, most don’t discover they have those conditions until the impacts are greatly felt.

Nothing in particular, just cut calories down to 2.5k (majority of which came from protein)
