so there was a week i did forget and was told to wait until my next shot day. and it was crippling. other than a little brain fog, it was fine. but i was particularly hard on myself.

now i have trouble even remembering my shot day. it’s gotten to a point where i need to leave notes to myself so i remember.😩

for a few weeks after going from patches to shots, it felt wrong. cause i was so constantly obsessed with the patches then all of a sudden it became something i only had to do once a week. and then the panic attacks started. usually a few days in.
