I love that I can attend an AFL game at the MCG by just getting off a train and walking 6mins across a road that has been blocked to traffic. I love that I can walk so many places around Melbourne. I would NOT have attempted this in a lot of places in the US though. Such hostile architecture.

Sorry, I chose the dumbing way of agreeing with you and saying it would be awesome
Seriously, would be my kind of game. I played System Shock 2 at too young an age and I think it stunted my growth
So this is what it feels like to be seen I guess
Oh the setting book was fucking amazing. Absolutely on fire. The game itself was fun but buggy. I never ended up beating the game, one of the Cybrid missions required scanning something and I just couldn't get it to work
Had a hell of a soundtrack too
Do I use more contrast medium to try and make the effect more subtle? Do I just need to use some layering afterwards? Idk, trying to stick close to this color scheme because it looks awesome.
Trying to paint up the Kharybdis, largest beastie I've attempted. Did okay on the two lighter tones, but the darkest layer on the closest head does not really seem to be working. I used basilicanum grey contrast for it and I don't love it? #minipainting #ageofsigmar Could use advice
Seriously, gorgeous job on the muscles with the highlights and shading. And dear god, the face? I've tried faces, they're so hard and you make it look perfect
Oh damn! So much attitude here, I think you might have a winner!
I'm always interested in learning new techniques lol, I may have to hunt down a youtube tutorial
God, imagine being in a desert in the middle of nowhere and you just stumble on this guy looking down on you.
A spectral horse and horseman. A wargame miniature
a spectral jailer. a wargame miniature
god's angriest spectral swordsman. a wargame miniature.
Been making slow progress through my Nighthaunt Spearhead. These ghosts have been fun, but difficult. I did not nail the smooth transitions I think, but I'm getting better maybe? #ageofsigmar
I tried to mix tones a bit so that the belly, nose and legs were a bit lighter - but definitely an area I need more practice in lol.
Absolutely stunning, mine didn't come out anywhere near this good but it was fun to try! I still don't have enough experience with animals & creatures yet I think
Wait really? I loved Shroud, but one of my frustrations was that it felt like something that was a 'Part I' rather than a full piece. 'Alien Clay' felt full and complete, same with 'Children of Time'. idk if 'Shroud' goes a little past complete or doesn't quite get there for me?
Shroud is great, but when part II
I feel like kinetics in sci-fi are kind of 'aesthetic correction' of the plasma/laser/lightshow stuff that kind of permeated my childhood. I remember reading the book for Homeworld 1 in bed and just being awestruck by the description of the slug rounds and how destructive they were.
Fucking hell. That is a life changing amount of money to have to lose. Ever aspect of the system seems calculated to funnel money upwards while providing as little as possible in return.
Like WTF USA. It doesn't need to be like this. Our method is MORE EXPENSIVE AND GIVES US WORSE THINGS!
Its fucking wild. I moved to Australia a few years ago and had to go to the ER at the hospital on the weekend and the entire thing cost me the 15$ (No health insurance). Had a similar experience (with decent insurance) in the US a few years back that cost me around 1.2k
Yeah, I was pretty happy when I saw that Albo wasn't sending over any ships either. Australia has really been trying to thread the needle here and its nice to actually see them stand up against the US.
It is super frustrating to see Democrats repeatedly just not care about the racism, sexism and bigotry of the country and only go up to the bat in politics for 'kitchen table issues' whatever the fuck those are. I don't care if your fighting a losing battle, make some fucking noise. It is YOUR JOB
But they always pretend that its like, what, the easiest, least resistance path? That somehow giving the right everything they want and letting them use government resources to enforce their little crusade will end up letting us have healthcare? wtf kind of world do they they think we live in?
These kind of people are so annoying - this is a false dichotomy, its ALWAYS been a false dichotomy. The government would have to expend effort to step into 'The Sport Issue' and remove trans athletes. We'd have to spend money, time and effort on something stupid.
When the party realized that they had one shot to possibly turn an enemy agent, the Tactician took the time to use Studied Commander while the Troubadour tried to subtly probe her for information with the hope of getting the success needed to make them her scene partner
I think running it well involves 1) setting up the stakes 2) communicating preference subtly through conversation 3)If it makes sense, forecasting that the possibility might be on the horizon so that your group can actually prep for the encounter
got interest 5 at the end, which was super rewarding for them. We've done a different one with the stone merchants that didn't go quite as successfully because they weren't expecting it - but that's also okay...
I can't take credit for the prep work here, but the first negotiation we ran in Delian Tomb was with the Gilded Hand individual. There's a lot that's forcasted here in the campaign and the stakes were very clear. The team and especially the tactician/mastermind prepared like mad and...
God this chonky baby is amazing, looking forward to seeing all the detailing added in!
