Today I finally got back on my ADHD medication! It's astonishing how much clearer my head seems to be than the rollercoaster mess that it was last year. I'll never make the mistake of stopping my treatment again, people's judgement can kiss my healthy ass!

I just found out that the place where I moved in has a lot of hiking areas close to. So I'm thinking about buying some proper footwear, a camera and making it a hobby.

Social anxiety is so awful. Typing and deleting again and again before making a single post. Why do I keep worrying over something so small that no one will remember the next day is beyond me.

My bsky account must be gathering dust and spider webs at this point... I don't really have any excuse besides that I can't deal with stress and socializing is indeed super stressful...

Thank you for the support. Family always says that I'm being dramatic for getting upset about these things. "Just ignore", "forget about it" and "it's just their opinion" stop working when you're already struggling with self hatred.

Listening to Mafumafu until my ears start bleeding. I don't think I ever related so hard with a song like I do with Isshou Fukou de Kamawanai, Umareta Imi Nado Nakatta and Kurai Madoromi no Yobu Hou e.

I can deal with relatives and strangers opinions, but I cannot avoid being disappointed about my mom's lack of empathy towards me. I don't even want her to accept or agree with me, just to show she cares when people hurt me like this.

I really feel like a human failure in moments like this.
