Makes a lot of sense

Redbull don’t have a driver problem, they have a management problem. They’ve put all their eggs in one basket, without long term succession planning. The brutal “perform or you’re fired” approach can only work for so long. How can drivers be successful when they’re consumed by the fear of failure?

I really hope it goes well for Yuki 🫶🏾
