i spent a lotta the last few years feeling too bummed out n busy to cultivate my creative spark but just keeping some printer paper and a pencil on my work desk might help me reconnect.

I want to remind everyone that your local library is both physical AND digital.

You hate streaming everything because the price is ridiculous? Library.

You hate ads because they're every 3 mins or less? Library.

You want to reduce your digital footprint? Library.

You want sourced info? Library.

I still pull the antho down off my shelf to leaf through it now and then, there's so much care put into it, and it's so nice to read and look at

Remember that fan works are made by fans, for fans, for free - it's the definition of niche community

If you love something, be loud about it!

If you don't love something, tell your friends in private (or even better, close the window and stop thinking about it)
