I've been in a real creative slump lately, and am really struggling to shake it. The world is real heavy right now.

To clarify, things are getting better, I just had a lot of little things stressing me out.

But I think we're mostly clearing the roadblock, and I've managed to catch up on my daily creative practice (with the help of incredible friends)

See I like porn art. But I especially like porn art that has character. Unique art styles, unique bodies, incorrect anatomy, weird kinks, weird genitalia...
Erotic art, like all art, expresses human emotions and states and that's what makes it gorgeous, even to non kinky freaks.

I think my point is some that feels obvious, but I'm gonna say it anyway.

Shit takes time to heal. And it's never gonna be the same as it was. And grieving for that, for the person you were or you wish you were, well that's part of this shit too.

This is how we get better.

The scariest bit (while I say scary it's also a positive, please know that) is that a feel like people saw this before I did. No, I know they did. ANd I appreciate that, but fuck does it make me hate myself more for not seeing it, or listening sooner.

I dunno man, I'm just saying shit.

Life really fucking drains sometimes, you know?

I'm talking about it now, it has a chance to get better. And having a strong support network makes all the difference, I'm lucky in that regard I know.

but what that fuck do you do when you can see the problem, know where it is.

Normalize inconsistency in your art. Normalize not making every art piece super detailed and intricate. Normalize just creating art for the sake of it.
