then realized.. i almost forgot to touch the grass 🌲

it was a success.
in the beginning, it was just a side project.
but I had a habit "launching every prototype (MVPs) into our own production environment.
then won't touch it for months.

Didn't write the whole story because of the post character limit. maybe i will update with more context later.

I built and launched one of my SaaS product (early stage prototype) for public testing - but even after 5 months.. people keep using it.

I started by launching just an landing page. then a simple prototype (only basic frontend) no complex backend logic.
Result: verified product market fit early.

You mean.. the first impression?
it feels complicated
(especially the design and layout).
Tips: make it feel simple and clean = less distraction = more conversions.

If you believe in your vision early and act boldly, you can create outcomes that seem unrealistic to others.

Upgraded my website layout and structure. also optimised user experience for mobile users.
it's officially public.
but, actually i have been working on a personalized hybrid website architecture for my own use. it's currently on a docker container in my linux laptop - just R&D phase.

Today I realized something:
My Enemy was my own consciousness, always has been..

Today I had a gut feeling to not eat that food, instead eat the other one. but.. my consciousness avoided it because the decision was not logical enough. and.. the result was.. i got food-poison.

Based on my analysis,
I think.. reinvesting in myself will give me a better ROI in the long term.

→ Upgraded the blog page with a default fallback image when there is no featured image.

→ Upgraded overall aesthetic.. design and structure for similar posts suggestions under each blog post.

→ Updated font for easy reading.
