The fix to poverty should preferably be economic aid from taxing the richer and giving money to the poor who need it to survive. UBI just seems like a more inefficient way to do that where one way to do it would cause mass inflation and the other is just the fix with extra steps

Im pretty sure UBI has some flaws. It would probably create inflation to adjust. Dont really listen to me too much tho, this isnt my field.
