I was sceptical at first, but it did improve most interviews… people are more clear and concise, and the best candidates still stand out!

On the other hand, I’d be really encourage candidates to compare their draft application with the job description using ChatGPT with the prompts:

1. Does my application clearly meet the person specification?

2. How could I make it clearer and more concise?

In our recruitment process, we started sharing interview questions with candidates in advance to help with inclusivity.

Recent experience suggests people are ChatGPTing their answers.

Don’t - it’s obvious that they’re not your words and will be suspiciously similar to everyone else.

And if you say you have excellent communication skills and attention to detail… don’t have a spelling mistake in the same sentence 🤦🏼‍♂️
