Mercy For Animals encourages folks to ‘Pardon a Turkey’ this Thanksgiving Nonprofit organization Mercy For Animals is asking consumers to leave turkeys off their plates this Thanksgiving in exchange for a more compassionate, plant-based alternative.

Jennifer Behr, a corporate engagement manager at Mercy For Animals, said MFA's "Pardon a Turkey" campaign shows how we can have all of the foods that we love and enjoy this Thanksgiving, just minus the cruelty that is involved in the factory farming system. Read more here:
