Kanku Biselele from the war-torn Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) yesterday become the first student on the Education Pathways Ireland programme for refugees to graduate from UCC.
Kanku, a civil engineer, received a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Energy.
