View out of a cable car showing the ski resort of Obergurgl and the snow-covered peaks of the Ötztal valley.
What a beautiful place to learn I'm not good at skiing!
I see the problem. If you rotate it 90° you'll be able to get the other one in.
The physical media cumback!
A tabby and white cat sits on top of what one might think is some sort of cushion, but is actually a beautiful hand made laptop case. The cat seems smug about this.

Got me thinking it would be cool if there was a way to read a small region of the main CMOS sensor every, say, three seconds at the cost of that region being missing in your main exposure.
Then no need for a second sensor and would eliminate the final con of finding a guide star!
One nice advantage of a "smart" charger (here in the UK at least) is allowing access to EV-specific electricity tariffs.
For example, I request 35kWh per charge and the supplier sends a schedule to the EVSE to spread grid load/maximize renewables.
In return I pay ~75% less for the energy used.
I've got a joke about Odysseus but first enjoy this free gift!
Oh, and the per-mile cost of energy is 90% less. That's a heck of a strong motivation to get over range anxiety!
Interestingly I don't get the "Korean siesta" in mine.
Perhaps it's the charger doing it.
I usually limit the DC SoC in the car and it seems to stop charging immediately at the target.
I got a 2021 model at the end of last year; certainly had range anxiety initially.
However, my wife and I liked to stop on long journeys in our petrol car anyway.
So the only difference to our lives is we no longer go to fuel stations otherwise.
We spend LESS time refuelling.
Neat how you can see my oven's thermostat kicking in every few minutes though.
I feel like you'll appreciate the live usage chart I get from my electricity company.
It is more excusable when you see it represented as cost but I still find the idea of Wh/m amusing.
I love seeing fledgling planes in their natural habitat.
This video really peanut butter jelly.
It's about the cones.
We stan green mario.
Being at a party in your mid thirties is a whole different experience. 20 year old me would despair at how much time I spent analysing the host's collection of 11 herbs and spices.
Extremely normal #D&D gameplay
Happy new year 🎊
Was trying to get a funny photo but he just ended up looking adorable.

A ginger cat relaxes on a rocking chair in a very uncomfortable-looking pose.
You may not like it but this is what peak #wunkus comfort looks like.
A white cat has its ears stretched back, somewhat resembling an alien.

Sister's cats visiting the parents. Should I feel bad for leaving mine at home?
