btw i feel like this was a big part of my problem before. it feels so obvious in retrospect, but Americans have this weird inverse relationship with sleep where we measure how much we get based on how much work we can get done.

i simply hadn't considered that low sleep hours were hurting my mental.

8 hours of sleep feels good. 9 feels even better!
