Very nostalgic about my art at the minute for some reason. Anyway here’s the A1 size art I did in 2023 for an Exhibition in the big Library in Amsterdam. It was proper fancy and expertly curated by @chadbily.eu it was an excuse to have 2 days in the city and meet nice folks at Henks and elsewhere

Today is the birthday of cartoonist Morrie Turner (Dec. 11, 1923–Jan. 25, 2014). A WWII veteran & mechanic for the Tuskegee Airman, he created the comic strip Wee Pals, the first with an integrated cast. It ran from 1965-2014, and was adapted into an animated series (Kid Power) by ABC in 1972. 1/2
