Actually that's a lie. I occasionally have a diet coke now because literally nothing I do matters for weight loss :)

What's cool about weight loss is my partner can quit drinking regular soda (switched to zero sugar) at home and lose weight. I haven't had soda *period* in years :) no change.

I'm on wegovy, we walked *miles* on vacation, I ate like two meals a day (few snacks), and I've lost zero weight :)

So we're folding because we dont want to beat the air out of the whipped cream. I used about half of the jar of jam to get the color I want but the flavor is still overwhelmingly ✨️cream✨️

But we're moving onto assembly.

Step 3: the whipping. Whip 1 1/2 c whipping cream on medium speed. I only have ONE ACCESSIBLE OUTLET in my ENTIRE KITCHEN so I need to wait for the espresso to be done

Slowly add 1/3c white sugar and vanilla (teaspoon at least or measure with your heart. Also usa goal again)

You can use coffee too. But it needs to be cold so chill it. And if you're adding a liqueur, now would be the time. Raspberry would be good in this because it's raspberry tiramisu

Otherwise coffee liqueur or chocolate or none! Totally optional

The dishes arent clean so step 2 is curse the dishwasher maker because it's literally the worst. Whirlpool gold series. Don't buy it. It sucks so much fucking ass. I got dishes sprayed/scrubbed clean that still come out with streaks and bits
