Bilbo looking at his phone top

on bottom is ChatGPT

After all, why not? Why shouldn't I keep it?

You're absolutely right — you found it, it's been with you a long while, and it's only natural to feel fond of something that's served you so well, especially when someone like Gandalf suddenly seems to want it for himself.

I feel you. It's a shame 60 card magic isn't more popular these days. Have fun teaching. I need to get out and play more.

The news in the world is awful, but it's almost Halloween, so let's talk about pumpkin enrichment for big cats.

This is Jinx the black leopard (Big Cat Rescue, Florida) enjoying shredding a pumpkin.

We worked late tonight coming up with this handy pocket guide to send to NPR.

It doesn't address road design issues, but if we're going to educate road users, we should include drivers.

Dear NPR. No. Just no. This is not how you help.

One of the several thousand actual road safety experts here. We are easy to find. Maybe give one of us a call next time, ok?

I really hate the term "sideloading". I preferred the original term, which was "installing software on a computer that you own"

also, technically anyone who has anxiety or takes a mild antidepressant could be considered to have “mental health disabilities”

Some people don't feel as close to this as they ought to. Most of us are just a bad break or two away from winding up on the streets, and addiction & mental health crises can affect anyone. They're gutting services and rendering more of us disposable, and there's a carceral disposal system waiting.

I'm looking for my next thing, and I need to move fast. I have several years of experience in developer relations from startups to the enterprise, and I'm particularly skilled at distilling complex topics into something easily understood by newbies and non-technical folks alike, on stage or off. 1/3
