Federal court filing system hit in sweeping hack The identities of confidential court informants are feared compromised in a series of breaches across multiple U.S. states.

You know what would fix this? The Open Courts Act, a bipartisan bill that would beef up cybersecurity by using modern technology to maintain the court records system, replacing the awkward, patchwork architecture exists today

W/o it, this is going to happen again

To put it in real terms: This press conference cost the U.S. stock market somewhere in the realm of $1-2 trillion dollars.

4. With her consent, the University can confirm that Ms. Oztürk is a third-year doctoral student in good academic and administrative standing. Her research focuses on how young adults can use social media in positive, prosocial ways and she is described by her faculty as a hard-working student dedicated to her studies and the Tufts community. The University has no information to support the allegations that she was engaged in activities at Tufts that warrant her arrest and detention. The University has seen an outpouring of support for Ms. Öztürk over the last week from Tufts students, faculty and staff. These individuals have described Ms. Öztürk as a valued member of the community, dedicated to her academic pursuits and committed to her colleagues.

Federal judge blocks Trump administration from fast-tracking deportations The order prevents migrants from being sent to to countries with which they had no existing relationship without giving them a chance to raise claims that they would be in danger there.

Fun fact: the parents of this MS AG devoted a significant chunk of their lives to relocating and lovingly restoring the house owned by the founder of the first KKK, Nathan Bedford Forrest, so that rich white people (including possibly Antonio Scalia) could stay in it during their hunting vacations.

Trump administraiton uses its petition to vent about courts enjoining his policies on a fairly regular basis. Trump's adversaries (and some judges) have said this is a reaction to the unprecedented assertions of executive power Trump has mounted since taking office.

WilmerHale has opted to fight: "The President’s sweeping attack on WilmerHale (and other firms) is unprecedented

And it has conservative superstar Paul Clement representing it.

They Are Going to Take Everything If We Don't Stop Them The government is going to destroy unions if we don't fight now.

The worst thing the federal government has done to unions in my lifetime happened last night. The second worst thing was three weeks ago.

The labor movement will either protect ourselves right now or be smashed. That's all there is to it.

The other day I saw somebody on here who said they would be extremely disappointed if lawyers didn't start leaving. Paul Weiss. And now today there's an article in the New York times clarifying that they struck a deal with the White House in order to prevent mass Exodus of lawyers and clients. Lol.

I'm totally with you and I get it. Pew has done some research on lawmakers and X but not sure if it fits your needs. It's possible there's institution research somewhere. But initially you would need a 100% human compiled dataset to work with, etc. Aside from that I don't think it's hard to

Look at average likes bc there are too many unknowns for view data (X algo fiddling and secret boosting and so on) making it harder to get a clean rationale to work with.
