Eriko looks over worriedly to Maki, who is leaning heavily on a walking cane. She says, "Oh, dear... are you alright, Maki? You look rather pale..." Maki smiles up at her reassuringly and replies, "I'm fine, I'm fine! Just a dizzy spell is all!" On the other side of the image, Maki has sat down, and is now being fretted over by Masao, who frantically says, "Sonomura! Are you okay? Do you need anything? How do I help? I'll get the nurse!" Maki waves him off, laughing, and says, "You don't have to be such a worrywart, Inaba-kun! I'm just a little lightheaded... I missed breakfast, so I probably just haven't gotten enough food, is all..." In her head, she thinks, "He talks so loudly..." Masao shouts, "I'll get you something to eat!" A second drawing shows Masao now carrying almost more food than he can carry in his arms. Maki, panicking, exclaims, "Wh— that's so much! I can't eat all that!" Masao bashfully explains, "Well, I dunno what you like, so... I got one of everything, just in case..." Maki says, "One of everything? Oh, gosh, how much did you spend? I'll pay you back!" Masao says, "D-Don't worry about that! C'mon, eat up!"

Maki, still sitting, has folded in on herself weakly, a hand on her forehead. The protagonist is crouched down in front of her, one of his hands set on her knee as he looks at her, concerned, and asks, "Bad one? You taken any meds yet?" Maki responds weakly, slurring her words, "...dose in my bag... could you...?" The protagonist says, "Yeah, I got it. Be right back." The second drawing shows him now sat next to her, with Maki leaning on his shoulder, still holding her head in pain. She groans, "Thank you, I'm sorry..." The protagonist responds, "It's okay. I got you," reaching an arm around her to support her.
