Millie wanted to share her plant she has grown. She brought it home from school and it hadnβt sprouted yet. Two weeks off for the holidays and its new grown lots ! We cant wait until it flowers.

These children were very proud of their work this morning. We have been learning the difference between fiction and non-fiction books. Well done boys ππ.
P2 have been super busy, weβve been creating our own numeracy sums and the most exciting partβ¦ our class caterpillars have arrived! π We canβt wait to watch them grow and transform into beautiful butterflies π¦β¨
A great start to the week yesterday with Primary 3! We learned new sounds in the morning and in the afternoon we had a stroll around Spain(the classroom!) asking for the time in Spanish. There were some lovely full conversations.

First day back and we had a 'spa' in the P2/3 area. "You can get a facial, your hair done, your make up done and we have a place for your children to play" Sounds good to me, Mrs Kirkbride has booked her appointment! π
Happy Easter holidays everyone π. This afternoon we walked up a grassy hill and rolled our eggs down it π. We then had some time to run around, roll down the hill and play with our friends. G walked up to the top of the hill βIβm on top of the world πβ.
Last post tonight. We had a triple birthday delectation in the dinner hall today. We had to pause or GBX tunes to sing happy birthday 3 times. Happy birthday to these 3 pupils. Have a great Easter break everyone. Donβt eat too much chocolate. π°π£ @carronshoreprimary.bsky.social π
Our Easter raffle was also drawn during the fun day. Lots of prizes were won and these were our top 4 prize winners. Well done to them all. Those teddies were very soft and cuddly. @carronshoreprimary.bsky.social π
On Wednesday afternoon we had our Easter fun day. The children had a great time going round all the activities. We raised about Β£280 to go towards buying resources for our areas around the school. Thank you everyone. @carronshoreprimary.bsky.social π
