The Court just DENIED Donald Trump’s request to postpone tomorrow’s sentencing by Judge Merchan. The Chief and Justice Barrett joined the three liberals. A brief paragraph sufficed to explain. The four dissenters (Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch) gave no reasons for siding with Trump.
