Momentum is my retention tool: make the work visible.

A public changelog proves the product has a pulse and feedback is shipping.

No visible pulse = users assume abandonment.

Transparency = retention.

Vibe coding is valid, not a shortcut.

AI helps you ship, but copy pasting without understanding is sand.

You still need patience (edge cases) + curiosity (why it works).

AI writes lines. You provide vision. Curiosity builds the engineer.

unfortuanately small accounts have to work the hardest to build some sort of momentum, consistent post but crazy replies

1 day ago 0 0 0 0

yep, being consistent is the hard part for most people

We talk about shipping and marketing. What about accounting?

Boring, but mandatory, profit or loss, HMRC wants the numbers.

I update mine monthly for compliance and clarity.

Code builds the product. Accounting builds the company.

~2 months posting daily on X. Notes:

Consistency is the tax, skip a day and reach drops.
AI replies are noise; authenticity is the edge.
Social proof is gravity, small accounts need high‑signal posts.
Dev trap: talking to devs, not buyers.

Use X, don’t let it use you

AI can be a distortion tool: it sounds confident even when it’s wrong.

Polished answers are more seductive than uncertain truth.

As a builder, don’t ship vibes. Verify with logs, tests, and load.

Reality doesn’t care about prompts.

403 Forbidden: The server understands the request but refuses to authorize it.

429 Too Many Requests: The user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time.

While those cover the daily grind, these 3 are 'nice to knows' for specific architectural needs:

301 Moved Permanently (aka Redirect): The requested resource has been assigned a new permanent URI.

HTTP used to scare me. 99% of prod debugging is 5 status codes:

200 OK
400 Bad Request
401 Unauthorized
404 Not Found
500 Server Error

The web has a language. Learn it.

Its hard to say for sure for with ai, but I do think it's going to be really tough for white collar jobs regardless in the next few years.

Don’t listen to users. Watch them.

Requests are cheap, most are nice to‑haves they’ll never use.

I track behaviour (events + heatmaps) to see what people actually do. Build on actions and you avoid bloat.

Signal is behaviour. Everything else is noise.

Perfection is a luxury before you’ve proven demand.

Validation beats clean architecture early. You can’t fix what doesn’t exist.

Ship messy. If it solves a real problem, users won’t care. Refactor after traction.

Shipping is the only feature early.

There’s nothing glamorous about the daily grind.

Success isn’t a breakthrough, it’s doing the boring work: code, marketing, analysis, editing.

The edge is showing up after the novelty dies. Consistency isn’t exciting, but it scales.

In 2026, code is baseline. Attention is the bottleneck.

You can ship a flawless app, but if nobody knows, it doesn’t exist.

Quiet genius doesn’t scale. Distribution pays the bills.

Claude Opus 4.7 is out, Idk but maybe its from my Apple days but I always feel like it is not a proper announcement unless there is a stage audience involved 😄

Fastest way to lose customers: make them doubt their data

Apple/Signal don’t just sell software, they sell privacy. Trust converts.

Transparency sells. It removes signup friction.

If you can’t explain security clearly, you don’t own trust.

6 weeks of silence, then an optimistic reply from Supabase.

High bar, slow process, but the door’s open. Not a done deal, maybe never happens, but getting a foot in the door for my codeless sync app is a big win.

Back to the requirements.
