Small but beautifully marked! One of the dozens of Grassflies Chloropidae at my porch window at the moment. I've not yet waded into a species key.

Lots (10s) of Crossbills in Doward woods today.
Also more fungi showing now. Fly Agaric, Ceps, Orange Peel Fungus, Magpie Inkcaps etc

My first post. A bit random.
Caught in porch a couple of days ago, my first Potter Spider Wasp , Auplopus carbonation.
Similar to Black Spider Wasp, Anoplius nigerrimus but different wing venation and leg spines.
If accepted probable county first.
