If you’re trying to learn a pop melody from a written score, know that for the most part the notation should really just be a rough guide!

There’s so much nuance in pop styles that can’t really be notated practically -don’t worry abt being note perfect & let your ears/your sense of style guide you!

-Train your ensemble to be confident and versatile.

-Teach your students marketable skills for a career in music like production & sound tech.
