Feels surreal, but today marks my last day at The 33rd Team. Nearly 3 years, it was a wild ride with a ton to be proud of. Grateful for the team, the journey, and the chance to build something real.

I’m officially a free agent. DMs are open.

I haven’t posted much here, but just amplifying that I’m still very much looking for a home for the 2025 NFL season if anyone is looking for an experienced editorial leader.

With ~12 positions, we should have a generational prospect nearly every year (Or years with none, and some with 2-3).

While the word is overused, Calvin Johnson is a millennial, Marvin Harrison Jr. is Gen Z. It was okay to call MHJ a generational prospect imo.

My only contention with this is that I think public has conflated "generational" to mean "of my lifetime" when it, presented straightforward, means best prospect, at a specific position, of a generation (which is roughly 15-20 years).

It is now the end of March, so my time with The 33rd Team has officially come to an end.

This is why I feel like GB is in a good spot to pull off this deal. Of teams in late round 2 who would realistically want DK, they’re probably in pole position in terms of draft order.
