ICYMI: Last week, TICAS’ Laura Szabo-Kubitz testified for Senate Bill 1006, which strengthens Cal Grants, reduces student debt and work burdens, and boosts full-time enrollment. The bill passed the Senate Education Committee with bipartisan support and now heads to Senate Appropriations.
