I want to see this course and take the test. I have no kids, but I want to see how this is taught.
I also desperately want to see Doug Ford do this and publish his test results.

I want to see an analysis on politicians and profitability.
How much "loss" do fire departments report annually? Police? The armed forces? Roads? Schools? Solid waste collection? Wastewater treatment? Public health agencies?
At least, like the Cybertrucks, they are hideous.
Fact check: Ford presides over the largest and most expensive Premier's Office in Ontario or Canadian history.

Ha, I had a video appointment the other day, and Hector helped by tearing around meowing in the background.
Partner amd I took a walk that went behind the Forbes mansion in Hespeler. With the grounds cleared of trees for construction, we saw the mansion from the back for the first time ever. We also saw the remains of the dovecote. Hopefully it gets rebuilt as promised in the park.
I keep thinking about the Rick Mercer skit about it being 18 next week...
If he doesn't sell it for the exact same amount as he bought it, I think Ontarians should have the right to take the difference off of our taxes, idgaf if that's "not how money works"

Hugs, feel better soon.
You can get away with rewearing jeans before washing, but as you can't with underwear or socks you need to bring lots of extra. Just in case.
Happy to see someone else using frozen chopped onions. Best prepared product ever. I get so much mileage out of those.
I don't recall any previous transformative technologies that had to be sold to the public so hard. No one in 1999 was going, "Guys. Cell phone? It's coming, whether we like it or not. I think it's important, FOR WOMEN ESPECIALLY, to learn about cell phone. So that we're not left behind!!"
At least it was a used jet, not new. Because saving money is important. 🙄
Ontario takes over Billy Bishop Airport, promises to build it out for jets despite total lack of business case.
Barely a month later, Ontario buys jet for Doug Ford.

A DDoS attack is like having loads of people turn up uninvited at a party, with the aim of causing chaos - it swamps servers and disrupts services. A hack is a malicious infiltration of systems, ie sneakily getting inside to steal data or infect with ransomware. Useful definition here
Our team received a report of intermittent app outages at about 11:40pm PDT on April 15, 2026. They worked through the night to mitigate a sophisticated Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack, which intensified throughout the day.
an incredibly important project by Connie Walker — most Canadians don't know that the government has an archive of 38,000 residential school survivor testimonies, which are slated to be destroyed next year www.cbc.ca/news/indigen...
Gas tax breaks are bandaids at best. Real solution is to help low & middle-income Cdns get off fossil fuels. Invest in solar, heat pumps, batteries, EVs. Tackle barriers, offer real incentives & fund w/ windfall tax on Big Oil (who are laughing all the way to the bank). Cleaner, cheaper, healthier.
Call me crazy but I don't love the new reality of Canada essentially being run by the Conservative Lite™ Party with only the Conservative Normal™ Party to fecklessly scream at them for the next three years! It's not, I think, ideal!
It’s not just the grocers, it’s the manufacturers of food products too. They’re all cheating us because govt lets them. 🤬
With the added bonus of not having funds for the things the taxes would pay for.
Eliminating libraries in prisons is a disaster, completely shortsighted. Libraries are a lifeline for incarcerated people who want to learn and grow, and have few other options.
But climate change is a myth. Feels like 27 in April is totally normal. 😒
Canadian history is important, but only the exciting cheap bits.
Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau at Coachella
Orbán Viktor @PM_ViktorOrban Had a great meeting today with @IDUAlliance Chairman @stephenharper. International cooperation between right-wing, conservative parties is more important than ever. Chairman Harper is a great ally in this respect. Thank you for your support, Mr. Chairman! Orbán Viktor
It's kinda interesting to think about how differently Justin Trudeau and Stephen Harper have spent their retirement years
Something something false idols something something
One last point: When governments talk about "age verification," they also mean "identity verification"
So even if you're 55 years old, you will be virtually carded and all your social media activity will be linked to your identity. That means no online anonymity and raises privacy issues for adults
One of the comments to this is like “of all the things to be mad about, not being able to get a credit card is low down the list” and y’all being able to leave shitty men is so important and cannot be done without money.
A dark, textured background with handwritten-style white text that reads: “Maybe yesterday made you feel defeated… but today is here to give you another chance. So please don’t waste it. Do something truly important. Pet a kitty.” In the bottom right corner, a fluffy black cat with big round white eyes looks forward. A speech bubble next to the cat adds: “And feel less shitty.”
