i've been prepping my old 2001 HGUC GM for painting in cute trainer colors, for a while i was using 1000 grit and it worked pretty fine, but then i got some sanding sticks hand-me-downed from The Boy and 800 has been my best friend. completely deleted cement welding lines, like you can't even tell
