25 years ago today: White Wolf announced a licensing deal with Interplay for the production of several Hunter: The Reckoning console games!

Bloodlines was rushed out without much playtesting, and hasn't been updated since 2005. The Basic version of the Unofficial Patch gets it working as intended on modern systems. The Plus version of the UP adds a lot of restored content and QOL improvements.

People are going to draw their lines in different places, but ultimately if I can look at a thing and say "this is Vampire: The Masquerade," then IMO it's part of the World of Darkness.

Sure, but that's more of a branch than a different WoD.

There's the "ends with Gehenna" timeline, V20's metaplot-agnostic timeline where Gehenna hasn't happened yet, there's MET's continuation. And potentially also V5.
