January 1st was a new start

I'm not sure if this is good or not but I'm happy with my progress

Start of month 4 of fitness journey. Finally reached the point where the weight stops dropping and I start gaining weight again.

I use an app to track my journey and when I first started decided I would compete against myself with how much weight I push in the session. I'm proud of my progress
