Ya, us Laker fans lose sleep over what tithe-less Daryl Morey thinks. Yawn.

No teams are linked! There is no linkage! There are no trade demands, there are no trade talks, there’s no logic to a trade of LBJ! This is just you guys trying to fill space and get clicks. Why not cover real actual news? I know journalism sucks these days, but geez….
This has always been the GOP's strategy:
1) Cut taxes for the wealthy & corporations by claiming they'll pay for themselves.
2) Explode the deficit.
3) Demand cuts to vital programs that help millions.
4) Repeat.
They're trying to get away with it again.
No this is the fault of everyone who voted for him or enabled him along with those too lazy or uncaring to even vote or work to stop it. Had they stood up none of this would have happened.
Every team has haters. Including mine. I just don’t pay any attention to them. It’s not unusual in anyway.
What the F are you talking about? I hate the Celtics passionately yet still recognize they are the team to beat. Who is “they?”
Yep, it’s hard to disagree with this.
Ya, and then he'll also guard LeBron and Luka, I suppose. No one can guard Jokic. But Denver still loses games. Wonder how that happens? Oh, maybe you stop the other guys and dominate on offense with two monsters, Reaves (soon to be a monster) and all the open shooters. ...
Hi.
And Anthony Davis. A very substantive player and a sure-fire Hall of Famer. Don’t take him into account? LA got the best in the deal but the Mavs are hardly left with an empty cupboard. Show AD some respect.
They got Anthony Davis, they will be relevant.
If you think AD is “nothing,” then you just … don’t …. think ….
Wow that’s a good reason to not make a trade: people in Cleveland “dont give a hoot.” Thx for clearing that up.
Robert Williams III would be nice, Valenciunis would help, Kessler would be ideal but likely not doable, Capela, Ayton, Vuch… lots of guys being dangled mainly for draft picks. But trade for specific need, don’t panic. Team is pretty good. Just address needs only.
You’re looking three years in the rearview mirror, pal. This current roster is very strong when healthy. They need to get better on the offensive boards and have another big man to help take some load off of Anthony Davis. Not another panic trade or a lateral move.
Thx for the advice. Here’s some for you: take some math classes. The 500 team is currently seven games over .500. They have been above 500 all year.
So your solution is to break the two of them up while searching for a championship style roster that does not include AD. News bulletin: any Laker roster that includes AD is better than any Laker roster that doesn’t. Let’s be real. Zero chance he’ll be traded.
Nonsense. He won a title with AD. They play great together. AD is a hall of famer. Don’t be silly.
Really? It’s been over 40 years since Bill Russell retired. That’s the one and only decade where they kicked the Lakers ass. Since 1980, the Lakers have 11 titles and the Celtics have four. Way I see it, Celtics dominated a single decade, and the Lakers have been the better franchise ever since.
I would never say that. Trading Anthony Davis for players who aren’t as good as him, and never will be, isnt exactly the path to improvement that I would envision.
I’m quite settled. Just pointing things out as I see them.
Oh that’s right, we live in an era where we ignore facts that don’t suit our point of view.
Ya, Lakers aren’t like you guys. They win championships more than once or twice in 40 years.
Oh, but they did. Got their asses kicked actually.
Bill Simmons is a douche.
What a dopey conspiracy theory. The Dodgers paid guys like Ohtani, Snell, etc, bundles of money, but some others, they paid LESS than they were offered by other teams. Yates was on market 2 months and no one offered him any more. They WANT to be Dodgers. Going all out to win is bad?
Watch LeBron drive the lane sometime. It goes with the territory. Part of a star’s job.
The dude ain’t on no embers. He remains an all consuming inferno of epic proportions.
I know they aren’t trading Reaves. He has been routinely asked for in trade talks and Lakers said no each time. He is untouchable.
