Extremist zionism is bad, but its understandable why they feel that way what with the failed peace talks and all (how did the peace talks fail again?), but anti-zionism is ontologically evil.
A classic case of "only the left has agency" where anti-zionism is a prejudice people hold entirely unrelated to circumstances but extremist zionism gets attributed completely to the circumstances.
The replies from regular people are all supportive, I swear we'll never fix the housing system in this country.
Saying this is stopping it from stirring nimbyism is wild. Mate this is nimbyism.

Tom Scott for FM?
Pete Magyar is such a funny name. More countries should be led by a guy called [Common English name] [National Demonym]
Its so clear cut, they were good before and bad after. No later gems that I know of. If you told me they got replaced by clones at that point I'd believe you.
They are bad in such a boring way now too, at least have the decency to suck in an interesting way!
My dad had their first two albums and I really liked them as a kid. I was kinda surprised hearing Moves Like Jagger when it was massive and finding out it was by them. That song is not great, but after that its just gotten worse and worse.
Between this, Project Hail Mary and Artemis II its been a very spacey year for me so far.
Very late to the party but wow the Outer Wilds is really cool.
Pokemon peaked with Gen 5
I'm not sure England being a first-level division makes sense. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland all have devolved governments, but England doesn't. Seems more like those statistical regions of Russia referenced in the piece.
Anti-bedtime politics in action.
I think it comes from a belief in strict narrative control which theoretically polls well but doesn't work in practise due to, you know, the continuous passage of time and new events occurring.
I think Democrats should be banned from using the word "distract" for a few years and then after that only allowed to use it under certain conditions.
The inclusion of "praise be to Allah" is just so insane I can't really explain it regardless.
Also at-will employment in many states
Normally with these sorts of things I can kind of work out whats caused this particular hallucination, but I'm at a loss here. Truly the yank mind is an enigma.
New insane yank take just dropped
I dunno I think "were Harry Potter books good" is a completely irrelevant question to the moment. like, you don't need to avoid them because they're artistically bad, you need to avoid them because there are concrete, specific ways that interacting with them funds Nazi stuff
Star Wars became popular in the United States as it depicted a world where lots of people own weapons, a concept which was novel and exciting to them.
Because the basics of the thread I got was that the house system, which is for most British kids a totally mundane part of their real school experience, somehow was the thing that got them into a fantasy series.
What was the point then?
So apparently British school kids, who rarely give a fuck about the arbitrary houses they get sorted into at their own schools outside of sports day, all fell head over heels for a book which replicated the same system. Personally I reckon the magic stuff was more of a draw.
House systems are just a British school thing. It was a thing at my primary and secondary schools. It was a thing in at both the schools I taught at. None of those are private schools btw.
