Visiting a friend in Jersey 18 months ago, it was his pint of choice at the local. To me it was very drinkable, I found it pretty smooth and easy drinking. I think it was a cheaper option of those on tap. I’d normally go for something with a bit more flavour but it was a good solid English bitter.

I’ve been unable to walk or hike for almost 3 months due to an injury, so it was great to start again, slowly. I walked a heritage trail around Taiping, Malaysia.
