What I did today.
Just this week: I felt the anxiety in my body rise after Monday, caught vomit in my hands on Tuesday, rocked and held my ailing child on Wednesday, cleaned vomit from the carpet on Thursday (other child), got sick myself all day Friday, and wrote a sermon on Saturday morning. Someone give me a prize
